Why generic ticketing breaks

Navratri is not one event. It is nine sell-outs sharing a ground.

Thursday can be half empty while Saturday sold out a week ago. CHATOS gives every night its own stock, its own price and its own QR.

Before the nights: build it and sell it

Set up once, then let the number do the work.

Registration on a keyword

Attendees send your word to your number. The bot asks your questions, in your order, and saves every answer against the contact.

  • Your own fields, your own order
  • Players verified, viewers fast-tracked
  • Photo ID collected in the chat
  • Every answer saved to the contact

Passes and pricing

Single night, season pass, front arena or free for children. Each tier gets its own capacity, sale window and cap per order.

Payments in the thread

A Razorpay link arrives in the same chat and expires in fifteen minutes, so held seats go back to the pool instead of rotting.

UPI and cardsAuto expiry

Sponsors

Track every prospect from first pitch to money in the bank, by tier, so you always know what is committed against what has actually been collected.

Vendors and food stalls

Applications, booth numbers and stall fees in one list, with category and payment status, so allotment stops living in a notebook.

Volunteers

Gate, stage, medical, security. Assign shifts, confirm attendance, then check volunteers in on the night like anyone else.

On the nine nights: run the ground

Four thousand people arriving inside ninety minutes, nine nights in a row.

Gate check-in

Any volunteer with a phone opens the scanner and checks passes. Wrong night, already used or voided is rejected on the spot, and you get an alert on your own number when it happens.

Broadcasts that know the night

Send the parking plan to Saturday's ticket holders only, or a last-seats push to everyone who asked about Thursday and never paid.

Help desk and incidents

Medical, security, facility, crowd or technical. Every report gets a priority, a location and an owner, and stays open until somebody closes it.

Lost and found

Log what was handed in and what people are looking for, with the spot it was lost and the reporter's number, then match the two and mark it returned.

After Navami: keep what you earned

The nine nights end. The audience should not.

What the nine nights actually did

Sales by night and by tier, registration to payment drop-off, arrivals against passes sold, and what every sponsor and stall brought in. The numbers you need before you price next year.

Everyone you met is now a contact

Every registrant, buyer and volunteer lands in the CRM with the nights they came to and what they spent. Next year's first broadcast is already written.

Start free trial
  1. Connect your number

Link your own WhatsApp Business number, or sell on our shared number while yours is still in review with Meta, so the wait does not cost you a week of bookings.

  2. Build the event

Add the nine nights, set a price and capacity on each, write the questions the bot should ask, and pick the keyword people will message you.

  3. Publish and sell

You get a shareable event page and a live keyword. Put both in your ads, your posters and your status.

  4. Bookings start arriving

Every enquiry, payment and pass lands against the event from here on. Nothing else to wire up.

Questions

What organisers ask us

Anything else, message us and a person replies.

Do we need our own WhatsApp Business number?

Eventually yes, and we help you get one approved. Until it clears, your event can sell on our shared platform number so you are not blocked during the weeks that matter most.

Can one pass work for all nine nights?

Yes. A season pass is a single QR valid every night, with its own capacity, sitting alongside the dated single-night passes.

How do we stop people reselling passes?

Set a cap per phone number, so one number cannot book beyond your limit across the whole festival. Passes can also be made transferable once, with the transfer done in the chat.

What happens if the internet drops at the gate?

The scanner needs a connection to mark a pass as used. Committees normally run two or three volunteers on separate mobile data connections at each gate for exactly this reason.

Can we collect ID for the dancers?

Yes. Turn on verification for the event and the bot asks players for a document during registration. It is stored against the attendee for your team to review and approve.

Do you take a cut of ticket sales?

No. You connect your own Razorpay account and the money goes straight to you. CHATOS is billed on your plan and the messages you send.
